I had a mattress that's 14" deep and it's almost impossible to keep a fitted sheet on it. Let me revise that, it IS impossible. I love this defrosting tray! We eat a carnivore diet, so we defrost a lot of meat. You can see in the video that I took 2 ice cubes from my freezer at the same time. I put one on the defrosting tray and one in a metal bowl next to it and the defrosting tray just did its job very quickly. This is going to be a great addition to our kitchen!

I have had my Cuisinart thawing plate for about 9 months. It does the job very well, however it looks awful. I use it maybe twice a month.

It is super comfortable to use, but if they are large meats it takes a little longer to thaw but approximately a large ball of super frozen meat between 2 to approximately hours but it helps you a lot especially when you forget to thaw it from the previous day.

It's a good product, you can see the first sign it is of high quality. Defroze food as expected, obviously you need to put the food with time to give time to the process work and turn around the meat or poultry

It's made of highly conductive food safe aluminum.Set ice or meat on it and it thaws it out. Starts working immediately. Quality is great. Size is not too big where it takes up too much counter space while thawing. Looks great! Very light. Defrosts quickly and clean up is easy.

This definitely works however it doesn’t thaw it as fast as I thought it would! I tested it on a whole chicken which is probably why it took around 40 minutes. I also tested it on tenderloins which thawed way faster because it’s a flat piece of meat. Overall, the item is still worth it just don’t expect it to work like magic!

I have alway been terrible about pulling meat from freeze early in the day to defrost. This tray allows me the ability to pull from freezer and thaw much quicker with out water or microwave. I am not sure how this works but it does!!!

This is the coolest kitchen gadget that I never knew even existed. I am terrible at remembering to pull meat out of the freezer for dinner. This little tray defrosts steaks, chicken, fish, etc. in rapid pace so that even forgetful moms like me can still pull off great dinners at the last minute. And dishwasher safe! Its the only way I go now -- dishwasher safe!
